What a beautiful day we had in Barcelona, Spain! Today we're sharing our visit to the magnificent Sagrada Família, some of our favorite things to do in Barcelona, and a surprising ticket problem that one of our Let's Go! Family members encountered. Hi there! This is Allison with Let's Go! Travel Tips! We're continuing our 50-day Grand Mediterranean Odyssey aboard Princess Cruises' Island Princess, and today we're in Barcelona! We had such a wonderful time visiting the Sagrada Família. No matter how many times I see it, I am amazed by the beautiful architecture and the incredible details inside. It's one of those places where you really need to take your time and enjoy being there. We also enjoyed riding the Hop-On Hop-Off bus, having a delicious lunch at Pepito, walking around the neighborhood, and spending time in the park near the basilica. Sometimes the best part of visiting a place is simply sitting and enjoying the atmosphere! I'm also sharing a very useful tip about the Sagrada Família ticket app. One of our Let's Go! Family members discovered that her ticket appeared to have expired even though she had purchased it correctly. Fortunately, the staff helped her resolve the problem by changing her phone's time setting to automatic. If you're traveling internationally and encounter an unexpected ticket error, this is something worth checking.
