Vienna was once the capital of the Holy Roman Empire and the Austro-Hungarian Empire. This episode introduces Maria Theresaplatz, Heroes' Square, and the Hofburg Palace, the Habsburg dynasty's imperial palace. We visited the National Library (formerly the Royal Library) and the Royal Treasury. We strolled through the ancient streets of Vienna's Old Town and visited the famous St. Stephen's Cathedral.
