I discuss Carnival Cruise Line's rebranding of Mahogany Bay to Isla Tropical in Roatan, Honduras, and highlight my concerns about the new 48,000 square foot recreational area with its large swimming pool. Based on my experience investigating and prosecuting cases against cruise lines, I emphasize the critical importance of having well-trained, experienced lifeguards at these facilities, as many cruise lines fail to provide them.
