Can cruise ducking be just as much fun... with a little less plastic? On our recent cruise aboard P&O Iona, we were reminded just how popular cruise ducks have become! We love seeing the creativity and excitement they bring, and it's easy to understand why so many cruisers enjoy hiding and finding them. But seeing just how many plastic ducks people were planning to bring onboard got us thinking. Is there a way to keep all the fun of cruise ducks while creating a little less waste? That question inspired the Travelling Light Duck Trail. In this video, I introduce our hand-painted wooden cruise ducks, each with its own personality, name and hatch date. Every duck features a QR code linking to our Facebook community, where you can share photos and follow their adventures as they travel from cruise to cruise around the world. Whether you choose one of our painted ducks, decorate one yourself, or simply enjoy watching their journeys, we'd love for you to be part of the adventure.
