For the next leg of my solo Australian travel adventure I'm flying from Brisbane, Queensland to Melbourne, Victoria, where I'm going to spend 3 nights at the Brady Hotels Jones Lane. We'll start off with my Qantas flight and a room tour before I get out and about exploring Melbourne. I can tell you now 3 nights is not enough in this city, and neither is one video, so for part 1 I head through the city to Flinders Street Station and the Yarra River. I'll check out the cultural highlights, most of which have been added to the list for another trip, and visit the Gardens, before heading along the Southbank of the Yarra River. I loved this area, for food and bars, a Big Wheel and just a lively city vibe. There's also a chance for a ride on one of the city's iconic green trams, which are free within the central city area. It gave me a chance to check out Victoria Harbour. There's more to come in part 2 as well! Please LIKE AND SUBSCRIBE if you're enjoying the videos and drop me a COMMENT if you've got any questions about my solo trip to Australia and the cruise in the South Pacific on Royal Princess. #solotravel #over50travel #cruises #travelvlog MUSIC CREDITS - From Pixabay Grand Project Coma Media Julius H White Records Geoff Harvey Music Word Koliks 9 JackJack 8 CHAPTERS 00:00 Flying Brisbane to Melbourne 05:06 Brady Hotels Jones Lane 08:34 Walk from Hotel to River 14:25 Yarra River, Arts and Gardens 17:11 Southbank 22:13 Tram to the Harbour 25:09 Evening in Melbourne
