We hired a golf buggy and drove around Grand Turk ourselves — no tour guide, no group. At Grand Turk, rather than joining a tour, we rented a golf buggy and spent the day exploring independently — Cockburn Town's pastel colonial streets, the Grand Turk Lighthouse, the tiny beaches locals actually use, and the main cruise beach that everyone photographs. Star Princess is genuinely stunning — the SPHERE-class design gives the ship a completely different feel to any Princess ship we've sailed before, and the scale of it is something you don't fully appreciate until you're actually on board.
