Basseterre ST KITTS | Marella Voyager | Solo Cruise | Paradise Islands
Marella Voyager's next stop on the Paradise Islands leg of the Caribbean cruise itinerary was Basseterre, St Kitts. Once again I had an afternoon tour, so spent a while in the morning exploring some of the local sites and shops around Basseterre. My tour was a coastal ride on the St Kitts Scenic Railway, so one for the train fans today, but also a fun way to see some of this beautiful island. We had greenery and volcanoes on one side and the Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea on the other. Back at the ship we had another of Marella's deck parties and no rain to wash it out, so this one was great fun. I didn't want the night to end, so ended up in the disco, casino and midnight buffet!!
