Today is Cruise Day 19 of our 50-day Grand Mediterranean Odyssey aboard the Island Princess, and things didn't go quite as planned! We were looking forward to visiting Elba, Italy, and seeing Napoleon's summer residence, but strong winds and rough seas made tender operations unsafe. We'll share what happened, what we saw from our balcony, and how Princess handled the unexpected sea day. We'll also talk about what happens when a cruise port is cancelled.
