Well, this is it! Simple, cheap, filling meals that don't need much washing up. Sardines are perfect van food - no fridge needed, loads of flavour, and dead cheap. 🍝 SALLY'S SARDINE PASTA (rough recipe): - Pasta - Tin of sardines in oil - Garlic - Lemon zest & juice - Herbs - whatever you've got - Chilli flakes if you like it hot!
