Welcome to the second of our MSC Poesia - First Time On MSC vlogs - this is Part 2 where we enjoy a sea day and enjoy the beautiful Dutch city of Rotterdam. If you saw last week's MSC Poesia - First Time On MSC But Was It Any Good? vlog, you will know that we are loving the MSC Poesia, and actually think it's one of our favourite ships that we have sailed on so far. After initial doubts and having heard many mixed stories about MSC Cruises, we found a great deal on the MSC Poesia as it made it's Northern Europe Cruise sailing from Southampton, with ports of Hamburg, Rotterdam, Zeebrugge (Bruges) and Le Havre and decided to give it a go - we weren't disappointed. #msccruises #mscpoesia #northerneurope In this MSC Poesia Part 2 Rotterdam - First Time on MSC vlog, we show you what we got up to on our second sea day onboard the MSC Poesia as well as exploring the beautiful Dutch city of Rotterdam. We had been to Rotterdam before and we couldn't wait to go back, as there were so many things we wanted to do that we didn't get the chance to do last time we were here when we sailed on the P&O Iona. While in Rotterdam as part of this Northern Europe Cruise adventure, our first activity was to get a Rotterdam water taxi to the amazing SS Rotterdam cruise ship - a former Holland America cruise liner that sailed from Rotterdam to New York but is now a hotel and stunning preserved museum. We thought we would spend about half an hour in the SS Rotterdam but were there for over two hours, it was amazing and we want to go back. We wanted to go up the Euromast but it was closed this day, so we headed off to Delfshaven to visit one of our favourite bars, De Pelgrim, a bar that we went to last time we were in Rotterdam, but we hadn't done our homework and it was closed. We went and had a look at the famous Rotterdam Cube House plus a mooch around the Markthal Market Hall where we got some famous Dutch chips and then headed off to meet one of our friends and fellow YouTube channels, Anita from @IamaDutch-Kiwi We had an amazing day in Rotterdam, despite some wet weather and we hope you enjoy following us on our MSC Poesia adventures.
