Royal Caribbean corrected its gratuity info. Here’s what actually changed

Royal Caribbean has updated its main gratuity policy. Earlier today its website listed a 20% automatic gratuity on purchases, up from 18%. They’ve since corrected that. However, the policy also said the purchase gratuity is optional and may be adjusted or removed at Guest Relations before the morning of disembarkation. That change has remained on their website.
