Shetland Islands Hidden Gem | Eschaness Lighthouse & Epic Sea Cliffs (4K)
Today we ported in Lerwick, Shetland Islands and took an unforgettable scenic excursion to the rugged north coast of Shetland. This adventure brought us to the spectacular Eschaness Lighthouse and Cliffs, one of the most cinematic coastal locations we have ever visited. Along the way, we stopped at the incredible Drongs sea stack overlook for breathtaking views of the dramatic coastline and towering rock formations rising from the ocean. We also visited a local museum in the area to learn more about Shetland history and culture before enjoying tea, biscuits, and panoramic coastal scenery at the beautiful Braewick Café. The highlight of the day was exploring the massive cliffs and lighthouse at Eschaness. The crashing waves, volcanic rock formations, and endless ocean views created some of the most epic scenery we’ve filmed so far on this cruise. Using the Insta360 X5 on a 3-meter selfie stick, we captured stunning drone-like footage soaring along the cliffs and coastline.
