Disney Cruise Cabo San Lucas: Tender Port Guide & Free Wildlife!
Arriving in Cabo San Lucas on a Disney Cruise? Because Cabo is a tender port, getting off the ship requires a little extra planning. In Day 12 of our Panama Canal transit on the Disney Magic, we walk you through exactly how the Disney tender process works and how to navigate the busy local marina once you are ashore! Instead of paying for expensive official port adventures, we opted for a DIY day. We grabbed drinks at Señor Frogs right near the pier ($40 for two cocktails, a beer, and a mocktail) and found the absolute best spots on the docks to watch the local sea lions, turtles, and pelicans completely for free. We also share why so many cruisers take a quick Uber to the local Mexican Walmart to stock up on pharmacy finds and cheap souvenirs. Back onboard, we wrap up the evening with Beef Wellington at Animator's Palate and a beautiful turtle towel animal.
