Independence of the Seas Skips Bermuda: Is $150 Fair?
Watch next: Oasis of the Seas Lost 3 Ports: Is $200 Credit Fair? https://youtu.be/jxg6CfYaRTc Independence of the Seas skips Bermuda for Canada. A storm off the East Coast took the Bermuda overnight from the Oct 24, 2026 sailing out of Cape Liberty, New Jersey, and guests found out less than 48 hours before boarding. The ship now spends Mon Oct 26 to Tue Oct 27 overnight in Saint John, New Brunswick, where the forecast is in the mid 50s. What guests get: refundable onboard credit per stateroom for the first two guests: $150 inside, $200 outside, $300 balcony, $500 suite, plus $50 for each third and additional guest. Prepaid Royal Caribbean Bermuda excursions are refunded. Last week, Oasis of the Seas guests got $200 per guest plus a 50% future cruise credit after losing three ports. $150 per cabin: fair, or a lowball? Tell me in the comments.
