Join us for a look inside our stay at the Manilla House in Montepulciano, Tuscany, Italy — an apartment we booked through Booking.com during our four-night stay in this beautiful Tuscan hill town. In this video, we're focusing specifically on the Manilla House apartment itself, including its location, living and dining area, kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, and the thoughtful extras provided by the host. We begin in Piazza Grande, the main square in Montepulciano, and show just how close the apartment is to the heart of town. From there, we'll take you inside for a complete apartment tour. The apartment includes a combination living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchenette with a coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, hot plate and cookware, as well as everything you'd need for meals and drinks. There's also a separate bedroom and bathroom. Traveling with children? The apartment has some particularly nice family-friendly touches, including a loveseat that converts into an additional bed, a Nintendo NES gaming system with dozens of games, and a small children's table with games and an abacus. One of our favorite touches was the detailed binder provided by the host, packed with helpful information about Montepulciano, including things to do, local markets, wineries, wine tasting rooms, transportation information and recommendations for exploring the area.
