It’s the final day of our Carnival Splendor Weekend Getaway Cruise, and this sea day turned out to be the perfect way to wrap up the trip. We start the morning with Sea Day Brunch in the Golden Pearl restaurant before heading outside to explore the ship and film a full Splendor Ship Tour — coming soon to the channel. In the afternoon we make our way to the Cloud 9 Spa Thermal Suite, which is included with our cabin type. It’s one of our favourite places to relax on Splendor, and you can check out exactly what’s there in a separate video. Dinner takes us back to the Golden Pearl where we’re treated to the Baked Alaska Parade and Carnival’s traditional Farewell Song, performed beautifully by one of the crew members. It’s always a highlight of the final night onboard. ♫ You're leaving our Fun Ship......... ♬ After dinner we head to the Spectacular Spectacular theatre for one of Carnival’s newest shows, *Dear Future Husband*. We recently saw this on Carnival Encounter, so in this video we share how we thought the two performances compare. The “wedding reception” afterwards is a lively celebration held in the Splendor atrium, followed by a quick stop in the Casino Bar for our final live music of the cruise. And of course, we finish the night the only way you can on Carnival — late‑night pizza on Lido while watching the outdoor movie.
