Carnival Splendor Weekend Getaway Cruise - Sea Days are Definitely Not Dull
Day 2 of our Carnival Splendor Weekend Getaway Cruise and this sea day was anything but dull. After breakfast we headed straight for the Serenity adults‑only area where it was cool and windy, but we found a cosy spot to wrap up and relax with the fantastic Carnival pool towels. Rob went on the hunt for a curry at lunchtime… but let’s just say things didn’t go to plan. You’ll have to watch to see what happened. The afternoon took us up to the top deck for a round of mini golf — and yes, we reveal who claimed the title of Sea Day Champion. From there it was time to unwind in the thermal suite, before Rob headed to the casino bar for the Meet the Officers event and even grabbed a photo with the Captain himself. Dinner was Feast Night, and Carnival really delivered. We give you the full food review in the video. Afterwards, we danced the night away in the Red Frog Pub, and joined a lively sing‑along in the Piano Bar to end the night… or did it? Let’s just say Carnival Splendor has a late‑night food bar.
