Best Puerto Plata Cruise Day Ever! Ocean World Dolphin Swim, Sealion Encounter & More
Experience one of our best cruise days ever as we visit Ocean World in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic! This vlog captures our dolphin swim, sea lion encounter, and everything else we got up to during this amazing port day on our Caribbean cruise. Before meeting the dolphins and sea lions, we were treated to a surprisingly entertaining bird show — talented birds performing exercises, solving maths/math problems, and showing off skills we’ve never seen before. And then something totally unexpected happened… we were offered cigars as we entered Ocean World! The staff even lit them for guests, and you could walk around the park smoking them. Definitely not something you see every day on a cruise excursion. Back onboard, the day kept getting better. We enjoyed a spectacular soul show by Jamie Wilmott, followed by Tropical Night in the Luna Park Arena. This party was originally meant for the open deck, but with the weather turning, MSC moved it inside — and it was still a fantastic night of music and dancing. We finished the evening with a flutter in the casino. Did we win or lose? You’ll have to watch to find out.
