Islands to Ice Water 4K [MV Escapade]

Join us aboard our Nordhavn 47, Escapade, as we cruise the beautiful Broken Group Islands in Barkley Sound, on the west coast of Vancouver Island, British Columbia, before continuing south to Port Renfrew. Leaving Ucluelet, we meet up with our Nordhavn friends aboard Atlantis, Capers, and Eudora for several days of exploring the rugged coastline of Barkley Sound together, we form a little “Noodle” — the affectionate nickname Nordhavn owners use for a group of Nordhavns together! Our adventures take us through peaceful anchorages, hidden coves, narrow passages, and beautiful shorelines as we explore by dinghy. Along the way, we enjoy salmon fishing, freshly caught fish, potluck dinners, games with friends, and some spectacular West Coast sunsets. Eventually, we say goodbye to our cruising friends and make our way to Pacific Gateway Marina in Port Renfrew, where Daisy,Roux and Piper are happy to get back ashore. We also try something new — a cold plunge and sauna circuit! We're sharing our retirement cruising adventures aboard our Nordhavn trawler to preserve the memories of our travels and hopefully inspire others who enjoy boating, exploring, and life on the water.
