Your cruise luggage is late… Is Security holding it? Is it lost forever? 😱

Your Royal Caribbean luggage has not shown up outside your cabin yet. That does not automatically mean it is lost. Checked bags are screened before delivery, and if Security sees something that may be prohibited, the suitcase can be pulled from the normal delivery process for additional screening. Luggage can also simply arrive later because thousands of bags are being handled on embarkation day. If your bag is unusually late, check the Cruise Compass and ask your stateroom attendant or Guest Services whether it may have been held.
