My First Cunard Cruise! Queen Victoria Embarkation Day | Mediterranean Fly Cruise
Today I'm trying something completely new, my first ever Cunard cruise! I'm embarking Queen Victoria for a 7-night fly cruise around the Mediterranean, and I'm honestly not sure what to expect... After a VERY early start for my flight from London, I make my way to Rome before transferring to Civitavecchia, where Queen Victoria is waiting for me. Once onboard, it's time to experience Cunard for the first time. I take a look around my balcony cabin, explore the ship, check out the food and see what entertainment is on offer. But there's one big question hanging over this cruise... Will Cunard actually be for me? Cunard has a reputation for being more traditional, elegant and formal than some of the other cruise lines I've sailed with and that's not necessarily what I'm used to! So over the next 7 nights, I'm going to find out whether the Cunard experience is something I love... or whether I find myself wishing for something a little less formal!
