A rare September nor'easter has scrambled Northeast cruise operations. Royal Caribbean's Oasis of the Seas returned to Cape Liberty (Bayonne, NJ) about 10 hours late on Sunday, Sept. 27, with debarkation from about 4:30 PM ET. The next Bahamas sailing now boards at 8 PM (all aboard 11:30 PM), which cancels Tuesday's Port Canaveral call. Nassau arrives earlier on Wednesday and Perfect Day at CocoCay stays on. Cruise Hive counts about nine ships with delays or changed itineraries across Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Norwegian and Virgin Voyages.
