My Iceland adventure begins! In this video of my Norwegian Prima Northern Europe cruise series, I arrive in Akureyri, our first Icelandic port of call. After a short walk into the town centre, I join a tour to the incredible Goðafoss Waterfall, one of Iceland’s most famous and powerful natural sights. The waterfall is absolutely breathtaking and a must-see if you’re visiting Northern Iceland! On the return journey, we’re treated to a surprise whale sighting before I stop at the Akureyri Botanical Gardens, a peaceful and beautifully maintained spot that’s free to enter and full of vibrant plant life.
