Another DVC Member Cruise Sea Day 🚢 How Much Can You Actually Do?
What does ANOTHER sea day look like on a Disney Vacation Club Member Cruise? 🚢✨ We're back aboard the Disney Dream for our second Day at Sea, following our very wet day exploring Copenhagen — and once again, Disney Vacation Club has packed the schedule with more exclusive events than we could possibly fit into one day! We skip breakfast and head straight into Voicing Mickey & Friends, featuring the voices behind Mickey, Minnie, Goofy and Pete, including Bret Iwan, Kaitlyn Robrock, Bill Farmer and Jim Cummings. With 2026 marking both 35 years of Disney Vacation Club and 35 years of Beauty and the Beast, we're treated to a special performance imagining Mickey & Friends taking on roles from Beauty and the Beast — as well as hearing how these performers became the voices behind some of Disney's most recognisable characters. Next, we're off to Animator's Palate for Drawn to Life with Disney Legend Ron Husband, where we discover that watching a Disney animator draw and actually attempting to follow along are two VERY different things. 😂 Then it's another incredibly personal DVC Member Cruise presentation as we hear stories about Disney Legend Richard Sherman from his granddaughter, Mandy Rose Wolf, alongside Disney historian Tim O'Day. Back in our stateroom, it's time to reveal even more of the exclusive DVC Member Cruise gifts. Today's haul includes a substantial DVC scarf and an enormous blanket featuring artwork by Bret Iwan — all designed to become part of the backpack we've been building throughout the cruise. And we're beginning to understand more and more where the additional cost of a Member Cruise actually goes. After lunch and some time exploring Disney Dream, we finally take a couple of hours to stop before heading to Frozen: Into the Unknown – The Journey from Screen to Stage, followed by the Color Spin Dance Party, which has been moved inside due to the absolutely dreadful weather. We finish our evening with Animator's Palate, the Disney Victrophonics and a wander around the ship before giving our thoughts on another ridiculously busy DVC Member Cruise sea day. These Member Cruise sea days are turning out to be completely different from how we'd normally spend a day at sea — we're doing less trivia, considerably less relaxing and experiencing things we'd simply never normally get the opportunity to see aboard Disney Cruise Line.
