Sorrento, Italy – A slow pace tour from the Port of Naples
Naples is the last port of our 22-day cruise from New York to Livorno aboard the MSC Meraviglia. We originally booked a tour to Pompeii but it got cancelled so we settled with visiting Sorrento. Which we had visited before but did not mind visiting again. After all it is such a beautiful city. It takes about an hour on the bus and once we arrived we followed our tour guide for a while but then decided to explore on our own. The town is lovely and certain areas are very busy, but we found some other areas to be more relaxing and still beautiful. It was not a very adventurous day, and it’s okay. Sometimes just walking around and admiring the views is the experience we enjoy. Eventually we met with the group, boarded the bus and headed back to the port. Tomorrow we arrive in Livorno, our last port! What is next? Well… a fabulous, quick visit to Pisa and a week in Paris, the City of Lights! And… after that we are walking the entire Camino Frances for a second time! Sooooo much to look forward to. :D Thank you for watching. We hope you continue to join us as we travel around the world! #timetolinger, #slowtravel, #TatandSteve, #Sorrento, #Italy, #Cruising, #MSCMeraviglia
