Mykonos, Greece – 3rd Port of our Mediterranean Cruise
The day after leaving Athens we arrive at the port of Mykonos. It will be a short stay from 7am till back on board at 1:30, but at least we get to have a quick glance. We headed out early to explore at of course we headed up to visit some of the windmill at the top of the town. There are only a few up there but the view is great and we got to pet many of the neighborhood kitties. We then headed to the coastline and got to put our feet in the refreshing and clear waters. The color of the ocean is amazing! Eventually we headed to the main attraction, the town windmills that have been beautifully restored. And after walking around the town for a bit we had some drinks and snacks before we had to head back to the Norwegian Epic. It was a short stay but we enjoyed it and appreciated a relaxing day Our next port will be Corfu. This will be our second visit, but we will be exploring a different area. Thank you for watching.
